Service Description

This free class allows you to learn different meditation techniques to calm the mind, open the heart, and connect with the soul. These techniques range from breath to mindfulness, from mantra to metta. The classes aim not only to relax but also to train the mind to return to stillness and the present moment. Open to all levels of practice, no previous meditation experience required.
