What are the studio's opening hours?

Studio is open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays, and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on weekends.


How can I reserve a spot in a class?
To book a class, visit our Class Schedule page and select the class and time that suit you. You can pay for a single class or choose from our various membership packages for ongoing attendance. Payment online is necessary to confirm your attendance, as we cannot guarantee spots for walk-ins, and availability is limited per class.


What should I bring to my first class?

For your class, we provide yoga mats and lockers. However, we don't supply towels for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. To support our eco-friendly efforts, we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle, which you can refill at the studio.


Do you offer beginner classes?

All types of yoga classes offered are beginner-friendly. 


Do you provide yoga mats, or should I bring my own?

Certainly! We provide complimentary Manduka yoga mats, which are meticulously sanitized after each session for your safety and comfort. However, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.


What's the policy for canceling and resclass bookings? 

You can cancel and reschedule your booking within 24 hours before the class starts. The rescheduled class should be within the next 24 hours. This can be done either through our website or by calling the studio directly. 

Do you offer membership plans or packages? 

Certainly! We have a range of membership options available. For more details, please visit our Membership page to explore your choices.


What are the different styles of yoga offered?

Our studio specializes in hot yoga, alongside a diverse selection of classes including Hot Core, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Vinyasa, Flow, MIA (Myofascial Integrated Alignment Flow), Rocket, Meditation, and Kids’ Yoga.


Is there parking available at the studio?

There are many parking options available within the area. The nearest parking to the studio is at Fort Strip. You can also park at One Parkade or Gallery Parkade. These parking spaces are across High Street South (Verve and Maridien.)

Is there storage for personal items like lockers? 

Absolutely! We offer locker facilities for your convenience, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rest assured, we have ample lockers to accommodate the needs of all our yoga studio guests.


Are there shower and changing amenities available?
Yes, our studio is equipped with shower facilities and toilets. We also provide basic toiletries for your convenience.


Can I freeze my membership for a certain period? 

Freezing is for Annual Memberships only. You can only freeze memberships up to 3 times a year, for a minimum of 1 month, and maximum duration of 2 months. If you're unable to attend due to travel or injury for more than two weeks, we can freeze your membership. Please provide proof of your travel or injury for this arrangement.


Do you offer any workshops or special events?

What are the COVID-19 safety measures in place at the studio?

We maintain high hygiene standards, regularly sanitizing shared spaces and yoga mats after every class. Each class is provided with fresh yoga mats, ensuring the ones used previously are thoroughly cleaned.
