GETTING STARTED

Do you offer beginner classes?

Most classes offered are open-level, thus, everyone is welcome. Our teachers give options for poses that can fit your yoga journey. For first-timers, we highly recommend trying our Flow and Yin classes first.

 

What are the different styles of yoga offered?

Our studio offers a diverse selection of classes. We have heated classes - Bikram, Bikram Express, Hot Core & HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and soon to add Hot Yoga. We also have non-heated classes - Flow, Rocket, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Strength & Mobility, Dharma Yoga, Cali Yoga, Mat Pilates and Kids’ Yoga.

 

What should I bring to my first class?

For your class, we provide yoga mats and lockers. Our Manduka yoga mats are sanitized after each session for your safety and comfort. You're also welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We don't supply towels for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. To support our eco-friendly efforts, we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle, which you can refill at the studio.

CLASS BOOKINGS & STUDIO POLICIES

 

How can I reserve a spot in a class?

Buy a pass/membership first on Soulspace Yoga website then book a class on MindBody. Check out our pinned reels on Instagram for a step by step instruction on buying pass / membership and booking a class.

 

What's the policy for canceling and rescheduling class bookings? 

You can cancel and reschedule your booking until 12 hours before the class starts. This can be done either through our website or by calling the studio directly. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your original booking, the pass is considered already consumed. (Effective Oct 1, 2025)

 

What if I arrive late in class?

We highly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class to settle in. Most of the warm-up and preparation work is done at the start of class to help prevent injuries and support a safe practice. To maintain a calm and focused environment for everyone, late entry is at the discretion of the teacher, and we reserve the right to deny entry once class has begun. If you are not permitted to join due to late arrival, you may reschedule your class within 24 hours.

 

What are the studio's opening hours?

Studio is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.

MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES

Do you offer membership plans or packages? 

Certainly! We have a range of membership options available. For more details, please visit our Membership page on our Website or our Membership highlight on our Instagram to explore your choices.

 

Does my pass / membership have an expiry date?

Yes. Validity of our passes / memberships differ so make sure to check our Memberships page / Instagram highlight depending on the pass. For Drop-in passes, they are only valid 7 days upon purchase.

 

Can I freeze my membership for a certain period? 

Freezing is for Annual Membership only. You can only freeze memberships up to 3 times a year, with a maximum duration of 40 days, cumulative of all freezes. Please provide proof of your travel / injury / special situation for this arrangement. (Effective Oct 1, 2025)

STUDIO AMENITIES

Is there parking available at the studio?

There are many parking options available within the area. The nearest parking areas to the studio are One Parkade and Gallery Parkade.

 

Are there shower and changing amenities available?

Yes, our studio is equipped with shower facilities and toilets. We also provide basic toiletries for your convenience.

 


BEYOND GROUP CLASSES

Do you offer any Workshops or Special Events?

Do you offer Private Classes / Event Collaborations?

Yes! For private classes, we have arrangements for studio rentals, with or without teachers included. Just send us an email at hello@soulspace.ph so we can assist you on scheduling such events.
