Rocket 1 Intensive Description This 50-hour Rocket 1 Intensive is the first module in Bright Yoga Training’s comprehensive 3-part Rocket Teacher Training Program. As an entry-level module, it is open to all dedicated practitioners - no prior teacher training certification is required to join. Participant Withdrawals All training fees paid are non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation A cancelling participant may only nominate a replacement student to take their slot. The responsibility for finding and securing a replacement student rests solely with the canceling participant. 2. Training Cancellation by Organizers If the Training is canceled by Soulspace Yoga and/or Bright Training (e.g., due to insufficient enrollment - minimum of 18 pax or unforeseen events), participants shall receive a full refund of all training fees paid. Neither Soulspace nor Bright shall be liable for additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation, personal expenses). 3. Force Majeure In the event that the Training cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), both parties shall mutually decide whether to postpone or cancel the Training. Refunds in such cases shall be handled in good faith, considering costs already incurred.
