Pye began teaching Hot Yoga in 2005. Since then, she has expanded her knowledge of various forms of yoga and movement by taking trainings in Ashtanga, yin yoga, yoga therapy, and gentle somatic movements, among others.

She has been fortunate to live and teach in different countries and enjoys sharing this amazing practice. She hopes her students experience yoga’s profound transformative effects so that they may enrich their own lives and the lives of those around them. Currently, she is working on completing her 800-hour Yoga Therapy Certification as well as teaching yoga and caring for her two little boys.
