Ronnie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher.


He is on a mission to encourage people to move the body, still the mind, eat food that nourish, practice restorative sleep, develop resilient spirit, live healthier for longer, and love in authenticity.


Growing up pretty much inactive, he is grateful to have discovered exercise back in college. It was love at first sweat, and needless to say, was transformative on so many levels.  He has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. He feels privileged that he is now able to share the gift of movement, yoga, sound and sensible nutrition to as many people as he can reach.


It is a vision to become a part of and help create fun and safe spaces and communities that celebrate all bodies, of different physical and neurological capabilities, of diverse age and gender, in any life stage or event or circumstance. He believes that movement and wellness can be approachable for every kind of body.


He strives to continue pursuing education that can help him guide others in choosing safe, effective, and evidence-based healthful practices that are rooted in science and grounded in compassion and our common humanity. He holds certifications in Cancer Exercise, Senior Fitness, Pre- and Post-Natal Coaching, Menopause Coaching and Corrective Exercise, and applies them in different movement modalities.
